Membership is open to Active Duty and Active Reserve members of all military services, Federal Civil Service employees, employees of this credit union; all military retirees, all members of Veterans of Foreign Wars, 1st District, State of Louisiana; members of their immediate families and organizations of such person.
- Qualifying members must provide proof of military service or employment on the base, a visible current photo ID and proof of social security number.
- Individual must complete and sign an application for membership.
- A minimum of $5.00 plus a $1.00 one-time only membership fee is required to open a share account.
