For all members who sign up for Bill Pay Classic and DO NOT use Bill Pay Classic in a ONE month cycle, you will incur a $5.00 fee for each month of non-use.

After the 3 month introductory period for members not able to qualify for free Bill Pay through Member Rewards you will be assessed a $6.00 fee per month. All members who sign up for Bill Pay Plus and DO NOT use Bill Pay Plus in a ONE Month cycle will incur a $6.00 fee for each month of non-use.
